The team at this location was wonderful. Stephen, the manager, was always kind and patient with every customer he dealt with. The hotel was clean and every request made by me or others was immediately handled. I’d recommend this place to anyone.
Called days ahead to make sure I could check in early(1-2 hours) to use the pool he said there would be no problem but didn’t tell me it’d be a 25$ early check in fee. However, the rooms were very nice and clean. Pool was recently renovated and kept at a good temperature. Staff was very nice and they let you check out at noon which is awesome, that extra hour is nice.
Friendliest staff ever. Hotel is clean and modern. They are very pet friendly too. Better than a regular motel and within the Hilton brand, which is great if you're a member.
The hotel was clean, and the attention was friendly. The lady at the front desk, showed us some activities to do in Grand Rapids which were very helpful. I will definitely come back to this hotel, next time I am in Grand Rapids. I forgot the name of the lady at the front desk but she deserves a shout out!
I am not sure, why people put negative reviews. We drove from Chicago to Traverse city and stopped on the way here at 1 am. Front desk lady looked like a star, well groomed, smiley and very polite. We had no reservation, so it was not a problem. Check out is at 11 am. Breakfast from 6am till 10 am. The lobby is very cozy and clean! They have microwave available if needed. We needed 2 bed room, which was given to us. The room itself has a mini fridge, all the towels, soaps. New shower, comfortable beds. Nothing broken. We paid $74 for the night, and it was with rewards program Hilton offers. They also take $25 safety deposit, which is given back to you once you check out. Without rewards it would have been $84. Breakfast as usual at the hotels: cereal, bagels, muffins. They offer boiled eggs. Coffee, tea, milk, even oat milk, juices. So, if you have dietary preferences, bring your own food. Don’t complain! Enjoy your stay here- they try very hard to make it comfortable for you! And safe! Love your life!
Amazing. Definitely my new location staff was great location is amazing a lil hidden which is great. Rooms on walk in smells amazing... I had a king bed rooms is spacious. TVs are premium with ready to hookup far as Netflix YouTube.. as well as what I'd assume is a personal message for the guests on the TV I had an amazing time I'll see you guys next weekend or the week after that great getaway.
Bobbi Jo was super polite and an awesome help to me and my babies checking in. Very friendly and helpful. The other ladies were super nice as well. Room is clean and nice.
Nice clean room pillows needed replaced and towels were all stained but I would def stay here again. These Sparks hotels are nice places and really reasonable with their prices. McDonald's and a Mexican restaurant within walking distance and a convience store on the corner. Very quite place sits back off the hwys.. you can park a big truck out on the street with no issues.
